If you need to combine multiple donation levels, you can combine their donation amounts to create a custom donation amount. For example, combining the Regional Champion Sponsor + 2 Individual Golfer creates a custom donation of $1250. If you combine a Golfer Foursome + 4 Golfer Packages, your custom donation amount is $580. Just add a note for the donation levels you combined or email us with the combined donation levels.

Select your Donation type from the Dropdown Menu. If you need to combine multiple levels, create a custom donation with the combined total.
3% Cover the Fee

If you need to combine multiple donation levels (for example, you need 2 Individual Golfer donations, $250, and/or multiple Golfer Packages) and only want to make one donation and payment, you can add up the multiple donation levels and create a custom donation amount. Refer to the Putting for Parkinson's Event page for the specifics of each donation level. No Refunds.
