If you need to combine multiple donation levels, you can combine their donation amounts to create a custom donation amount. For example, combining the Respite Sponsor + 1 Individual Golfer creates a custom donation of $1125. If you combine a Golfer Foursome + 4 Golfer Packages, your custom donation amount is $580.

3% Cover the Fee

If you need to combine multiple donation levels (for example, you need 2 Individual Golfer donations, $250, and/or multiple Golfer Packages) and only want to make one donation and payment, you can add up the multiple donation levels and create a custom donation amount. Refer to the Driving FORE Dementia Event page for the specifics of each donation level. No Refunds.
